conditioning to prevent injuries. Our certified coaches lead sessions on spotting, form, and injury

prevention. Regular safety audits ensure our practices and equipment meet top standards.


2. Perfecting Technique

We break down stunts into core components, mastering each element at ground level before

advancing. Coaches provide individualized feedback to refine techniques for bases, flyers, and

spotters, fostering both skill and confidence.


3. Teamwork & Trust

Stunting is all about trust and communication. We create a supportive environment with team-

building activities and clear communication during practice. Calls, cues, and constructive

feedback ensure everyone is aligned and improving.

We’re always learning. Gotham Cheer hosts workshops, brings in guest instructors, and stays

connected with the cheer community through clinics and competitions to stay current with trends

and safety protocols.
